Viedoc Stories - How Viedoc Makes A Difference

MCRA, a US-based CRO specialized in medical devices, is entering its second year using Viedoc. Our colleague Johannes sat down with them to follow up how things are going, and thankfully, there’s been a few moments where Viedoc has proven itself to be superior to any other system they have ever used.

Short setup time

That time the monitor was stressed out because he had a site monitoring visit the next day and had previously never seen Viedoc. Thanks to Viedoc’s fun and easy tutorial videos and eLearning resources, the monitor self-trained in no-time and performed the site visit without any hiccups!
