Viedoc launches software version 4.80

Viedoc Clinic

New query management functionality designed to enhance efficiency and clarity in role-specific clinical trial processes.

• Role-based query management, allowing users to address only queries relevant to their designated roles.
• Enhanced issue tracking with visibility into the role raising a query, role-specific filters, and query information available in export formats.

Viedoc Me
Advancements in security to enhance patient privacy and streamline support for study subjects.

• Improved security measures, including electronic account invitations and enforced PIN changes upon first login.
• Accuracy improvements requiring double entry of email and phone number, with the addition of country codes.

Viedoc Reports
New free-of-charge, out-of-the-box reports for more efficient site performance monitoring and improved data quality control.

• Introduction of 23 additional query reports offering detailed insights into data quality, query status, and progress.
• Simplified identification of underperforming countries, sites, and monitors, aiding in resource allocation decisions.

Viedoc API

• Improved control requiring role and site definitions for Web API integrations during data export.
