Meet three of our female role models who are working tirelessly to revolutionize clinical trials.
Computer engineer Lina Gaggi had a dream to harness the potential of technology to improve humanity. Despite facing numerous obstacles and difficulties, including being a refugee in Sweden, Lina learned the language and pursued her passion for problem-solving in the programming field. She eventually found her way to Viedoc, where she is now a proud Product Owner, working towards bettering the quality of life for people through clinical trials.
QA Officer Yupei Li has a passion for the life sciences that started in her grandfather's traditional Chinese pharmacy. With a degree in pharmaceutical studies and a master's in pharmaceutical modeling, Yupei brings her expertise to Viedoc, where she is responsible for implementing quality systems, conducting audits, and monitoring results. Yupei highlights the significance of EDC in clinical trials, where it helps avoid human error and produces better quality data.
Born and raised in India, Parul Sharma has taken an unexpected journey from a small industrial town to becoming the Chief Commercial Officer at Viedoc. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and an MBA in Brand Management, Parul moved to Sweden in 2008 and found her passion in B2B sales. Today, she leads the global sales and marketing teams at Viedoc, and emphasizes the importance of understanding the customer, having the right team, and promoting equality.
At Viedoc, we are honored to have not just these three, but numerous incredible women making a difference in the fields of tech and life sciences. On this International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we celebrate the women in Viedoc, and all the girls working for a healthier world.
"Viedoc makes building a study easy and fun. It doesn't require extensive coding knowledge; it's quick to get in and start working."
