Parul Sharma joins Viedoc Technologies as Chief Commercial Officer. She will spearhead both the drive towards new offerings to existing markets and existing offerings to newer markets.
Parul has over 18 years of international experience in Sales and Marketing and remains passionate about focusing on the customer and their success. Before joining Viedoc Technologies, Parul has been Chief Commercial Officer at Bannerflow, and Besedo, giving her plenty of experience in the SaaS segment.
Her sales career has allowed her to travel the world and experience the cultural nuances of Japan to the pulse of the North American marketplace. This experience helps her understand people from around the world and become a better leader. In 2018, she was named one of the top women leaders in SaaS by TSR (The Software Report).
Parul is now thrilled to be on board with an expansive company that uses technology to help make the world a healthier place.

Rickard Magnusson joins Viedoc Technologies as General Counsel.
After completing a Master's in law in 2005 as a top student, Rickard began his career at one of the most prestigious law firms in Sweden (Mannheimer Swartling), working with M&A and data privacy.
Rickard's comprehensive and varied legal background also includes a number of years with the law firm Ahlford (Sweden) as an associate focusing on litigation, M&A, data privacy, and IP.
Years in the Life Science Industry
Later, working as senior corporate counsel at Thermo Fisher (formerly Phadia), where he stayed for almost nine years, he served in a broad and global role as the lead counsel for the Immunodiagnostics business division, being a trusted business partner in the division leadership team covering many specialties, including compliance, regulatory, international IP-arbitrations, and contract negotiations, among others.
After a further two years at Cytiva (formerly GE Healthcare), as senior compliance counsel, Rickard chose to return to a more comprehensive role as General Counsel within the Life Science domain.
He is now excited to be an integral part of an innovative and fast-growing company and looks forward to the journey with Viedoc Technologies.
