COVID Update—We’re all in this together

The fight against COVID is definitely a global one. Organizations and government agencies around the world are working at speeds and transparency never seen before.

At Viedoc Technologies, we, too, are doing what we can to help stop this pandemic and make the world a healthier place. Many of our clients are using Viedoc to speed their way forward in the global effort to find a vaccine. Several studies have already been conducted or are currently running free of charge in the Viedoc eClinical suite in the pursuit of developing a vaccine. Many of these studies were set up in a manner of days.

These studies have been conducted in regions all over the globe. One example of this is EP-Techno of Japan, currently running a phase II/III study with hundreds of subjects using ViedocMe. ViedocMe is allowing these patients to easily add data with their cell phones, without visiting sites or even leaving their homes. There are also global studies with thousands of subjects being run with Viedoc at reduced costs to help in the struggle to end the pandemic.

Viedoc Technologies understands this is a collective effort of the scientific community, life science industry, and regulatory bodies worldwide and is committed to continuing the fight to end the pandemic.

• The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has recently re-affirmed that it will sustain its long-standing commitment to independence and transparency in evaluating COVID-19 treatments and vaccines.
