Timelines vary based on study size, complexity, and the sponsor/CRO’s availability to provide timely responses and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). For an average-sized study of medium complexity, the process typically takes around 8 weeks from initiation to go-live.

Viedoc builds the study based on the customer’s requirements and conducts quality control accordingly. However, it is ultimately the sponsor/CRO’s responsibility to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and formally approve the database for use, in line with industry best practices and their internal SOPs.

Each study build generally includes one Viedoc training session. Customers can schedule this session as needed, though it is typically used to train Data Managers and Monitors, who can then train site users and other stakeholders.
